Although we aim to complete your entire appointment within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 15 minutes could result in rescheduling. At Optimise Wellness & Aesthetics, we have a 24-hour Late-Cancellation/No-Show Policy in place to ensure clients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our staff’s time. Any appointment that no-shows and/or is cancelled within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the card on file:
Under 45 minutes – $50 (GLP-1 and/or Vitamin injections, Lab Draws, IVs, and Cosmetic follow-up appointments)
Over 45 minutes – $100 (Weight Loss Consultations, Facial, Pellet appointments, Lab Reviews, Wellness Consultations, Collagen P.I.N., Hair Restoration, and Neurotoxin/Filler appointments)
